The so called "compatible" battery was too large to fit my phone and I had to force it in the battery cradle and now I can't get it out of the cradle. This new battery will not hold a charge for more then a few days as compared to my original battery which lasted for a week. My advice is not to buy a compatible, but to only buy an original.

Parts are a problem - Doxie Mom - CA
This would have been a 5 star rating but.... Great phone until my dog ate one of the adaptors. What a pain trying to find a replacement adaptor!! Panasonic website doesn't recognize any of the part numbers listed in the manual (I mean not ONE of the part numbers). Had to call them and they even had a hard time finding out what replaced that part number. Yes, I finally was able to order a replacement A/C adaptor but it was a REAL hassel. Panasonic needs to have some kind of a cross reference.
