Would not buy this again - carol derhaag - AUBURN, WASHINGTON, US
I was getting this phone for my 92 year old father-in-law. When the phone came it didn't work then they sent me out another phone next day and it had a different problem I called for help to see if it was me, no it was the phones. So I called the phone company to see what I can do for him and they told me to get in hold CTAP and I would be able to get a free phone for his needs. I got a light that shines in the whole room and a ringer that can be heard outside. Talk to your Dr. Before buying a phone. NOT THIS ONE.
Its been 3 1/2 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund.
Good luck
Carol
