About 3 times a day, the device will pull out of my handset while I'm talking on the phone. It really should fit tighter into the plug. I usually end up putting my call on speakerphone so that I don't loose the person on the other end of the line. Otherwise, when it stays in the handset, it works fine to keep the kinks out of the cord.
