I ordered this Panasonic P P510 - Phone battery NiCd but ebatteries shipped a "substitute": Empire CPB-400B. When I notified the company that the shipment did not match advertised product, a CS rep named Paul informed me that "cpb-400B ... is correct replacement for P-P510 as indicated in our listing on Amazon in the comments section." I don't see any comments section with that caveat or any other explanation/justification/warning of the switch on Amazon, but can tell you that this battery DOES NOT fit my telephone.
Bottom line: don't buy this. You will not get a Panasonic battery from ebatteries.
